The Financial Management department provides efficient and accurate accounting and financial reporting; establishes fair user charges and exceptional service to ratepayers; delivers actionable financial analysis; ensures ethical, responsive procurement services; and manages insurance and risk.

• Accounting

  Provide a uniform system of accounting, financial reporting, and internal control.

• Budget & Finance

  Providing financial analysis necessary for budgetary control and projections, rate setting, and other management decisions.

• Purchasing & Risk Management

  Procure goods and services cost-effectively with ethical standards, while protecting the Districts’ through insurance or other means.

• Revenue Collection

  Providing for the efficient collection of charges in a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional service manner.
