  Provide accurate, timely timekeeping per policies and mandates; manage cost-effective employee benefits.

  Promotes work environments that are affirming, welcoming, equitable, inclusive, and diverse.

• Employee Relations

  Develops, implements and monitors employee relations policies and programs and assists managers and supervisors in resolving employee-related issues.

• Employment Services

  Develops and administers recruitment and selection plans as well as maintain the Districts’ position classification and compensation structure.

• Training and Development

  Develop, implement and monitor employee training programs.

• Workers Compensation, Leaves and Accommodations

  Administers the program to provide benefits and leave time for injured or ill workers.
